A clear explanation of how we collect, use, and protect your account information
When you register, we request a phone number, email address, and password. When you add a product to the cart, we also collect the recipient name, delivery address, and recipient phone number. Passwords are stored as secure hashes and cannot be read as plain text.
Data is used to create accounts, maintain sessions, save cart selections, contact customers about orders, prevent abuse, and support accounts.
Information you submit is used only to complete NOVAE account, cart, order confirmation, and customer service processes. It is not used for data trading, external advertising, or purposes unrelated to NOVAE shopping services.
